The Machinery used for producing this cotton yarn is most modern machines like Blow room, card TRUETZSCHLER, Drawing, Comber Ring RIETER, Simplex ZINSER and SCHLAFHORST X5 Link coner with Loepfe contamination Clearer.
Performance of the yarn during warping, weaving / knitting are of paramount importance and care is taken in achieving industry best performance at this end. Product is checked and re-checked at every stage to ensure fault-free product performance.
Strong-sea worthy carton boxes and pallets are used for packing this cotton yarn, to avoide damage during transit, loading and unloading.

LTD. a yarn manufacturing unit Situated at SANOSARA RAJKOT, The present installed capacity of the mills is 19584 spindles engaged in manufacturing 100% cotton single of Ring Spun Yarn, Combed as well as carded Yarn, and Knitting Yarn electronically cleared, high quality splice, and siro cleaned yarn. Working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week continuously and we are going to adding more 20000 ring spindles and 4000 roter spinning.
